Anthony MateoIl se fait tatouer #sponsorisé
Suivi par plus d’1 million de personnes sur les réseaux sociaux, l’influenceur Anthony Mateo fait partie des personnes ayant récemment été sanctionnées par la DGCCRF (répression des fraudes) pour ses pratiques commerciales trompeuses. Les autorités lui reprochent notamment de ne pas avoir clairement indiqué les intentions publicitaires de ses publications. Il lui est également reproché de donner une impression de légitimité à un service d’injections d’acide hyaluronique pratiqué par une esthéticienne non-médecin.
En conséquence, il a été obligé de publier sur son compte Instagram un « message à caractère punitif » des services de l’État, indiquant quels faits lui sont reprochés. Cette sanction n’a pas plu à l’influenceur, qui a mis une semaine à publier le message sur ses réseaux sociaux.
Un tatouage #sponsorisé
En réponse à la DGCCRF, et pour montrer son mécontentement face à cette sanction, il a pris une décision inattendue ! Son tout premier tatouage n’est autre qu’une provocation envers la DGCCRF, puisqu’il a décidé de se faire tatouer le hashtag “#sponsorisé” à l’arrière de son bras !
Pour prouver qu’il l’a réellement fait, il a publié une vidéo de sa séance tatouage sur TikTok.
